Three White members of the African National Congress (ANC) were sentenced to long prison terms after being convicted on 32 charges of terrorism, including bomb and arson attacks against military personnel, political party offices and electricity pylons. Damian de Lange and Ian Robertson received 25 years and 20 years respectively whereas Susan Donelly, a British citizen received 18 years.
