Proteas cricketer Wayne Parnell is on the Indian police’s wanted list. Parnell, together with Indian leg-spinner Rahul Sharma, are facing drug charges after their detention at a late-night party last year.

“We have filed a 1200-page charge sheet against 86 persons while 35 accused, mostly foreigners, have been shown as wanted,” a police official told the Press Trust of India news agency yesterday.

Parnell is among the wanted accused foreigners, the report said.

His agent, Donne Cummings, was unavailable for comment.
