Fans all over the world remembered Kurt Cobain on the 18th anniversary of his death, which occurred on April 5, 1994.
Cobain was an American musician best known as the lead singer and guitarist of the grunge band Nirvana.
The group known for their hit songs "Smells Like a Teen Spirit," All Apologies," and "Come as You Are," sold over 25 million albums in the U.S. alone, and over 50 million worldwide.
